Support Plans

For many of our customers, our standard hosting package is all they require. But for others, whose sites have higher traffic volumes or other special needs, a bit of extra "hand holding" is needed. This may include rapid security updates to base code and components, assistance with maintaining backups, site monitoring, etc. We will be detailing our support contracts here in the near future, but in the meantime if you have a special need please do not hesitate to visit our Help Desk or Contact Us.
