Training & Education

We recognize that our customers have varying needs regarding making updates to their websites. We offer the following options:

  • Some customers make need only occasional changes to their website and will choose for us to make the update by opening a support ticket from our Help Desk.
  • Other customers may want online or onsite training which we can provide along with a PDF manual reflecting which areas of a customer's site may be easily changed and which are best left for us to work with. To discuss online or onsite training with us please post a request on our Help Desk in the Training Department or Contact Us directly.
  • Those who are involved in frequent updates to their site or who want to become "Joomla Gurus" may want to purchase training with our online Joomla training resource who specializes in offering more extensive training classes.
