Visitors are Great – Conversion is Critical
There are five main types of conversions:
- Gathering e-mail addresses
- Gathering data (perhaps by completing a form)
- Completing a purchase
- Receiving a call
- Receiving a chat
To drive you visitors toward conversion consider the following:
- Make sure that each page has a distinct call to action
- Be specific with your offering
- Use phrases like “try today” or sign up now” to give visitor a sense of urgency
